Today you turn 3 years old…WOW! Happy birthday!! Your mom and I had no idea what you expect when you were born, but you are a blessing beyond blessings. I am so proud of the 3 year old that you are, and I am sure I will swell with pride with each year you grow. Your happiness makes me bubble. Your smile is heart-warming. Your laugh is contagious. You are hilarious. You are a wonderful big sister to Eli. I could watch you interact with him all day long. Yesterday when you were making him laugh is a memory I will carry forever. You thrill me when you say please and thank you. You thrill your mom when you ask for more brussel sprouts and apple chunks. Yes, you make me “freak out” a few times a week, but that is OK too. We are both learning in this daddy-daughter relationship we got going on. I am sure we’ll figure it out though.
