World Cup Misery
Well, I am still bummed about the US World cup experience. While the officials did not help the US out any, we still didn't play well enough to advance.
At least ESPN.com came up with a clever headline...
We'll be back for South Africa 2010!

If this is what it takes to move on in the World Cup, so be it! The US is ready for Ghana. We need to do our part, and I just hope Italy beats the Czechs. Maybe they'll eat some special pasta tonight with extra carbs!

My US prediction...they go 1-1-1 in the opening round, and do not advance. I hope I am wrong. I will be watching every US game though! Can't wait.
