Well, I am still bummed about the US World cup experience. While the officials did not help the US out any, we still didn't play well enough to advance.
At least ESPN.com came up with a clever headline...

We didn't help our cause not bringing the A game. Too bad the previous arguably best ref in the world makes one of the worst calls. The ref should be banned from the World Cup, not just for the USA game but for the Brazil - Australian game. He's lost whatever eyesight he previously had.
It'd be nice if the Messicans were in the same group as the Americans, then the US would be guaranteed another win. Talent/training from the US side wasn't up to par for this World Cup, perhaps next time and with luck, an easier schedule.
